I made this teaching aid after investigating the relationship between the golfer’s center of mass (c of m) and the club-head. I discovered that good timing occurs when the rotation of the center of mass(lower body) of the golfer is coordinated with the rotation of the club head .Proper timing occurs when a laser light attached to the lower body illuminates a spot on the ball at the moment of impact.
The principle of the relationship between the c of m and the club-head holds true for all golf shots pitching, chipping ,bunker shots and putting.

Good timing allows the golfer to hit the ball as far as he possible can, promotes consistence distances and eliminates hooks and slices caused by improper timing.
